The management ensures unconditional commitment to quality as a result of which quality and inspection have become an intrinsic part of the basic work culture at CVM. In order to maintain quality in high volume environment, robust Quality Plans with checks and controls at multiple layers are established to ensure zero defect products to Customers. Quality tools like PPAP (Control Plans, FMEA, MSA, Process Capability studies) and APQP process are used for new product development. Cost management through elimination of waste and the Kaizen culture of continuous improvement is encouraged, resulting in substantial cost savings through process and product improvements.
